Many users of Capital IQ are getting an error message when using their personal computers which says You are not authorized to login from this location even after following the account creation instructions and attempting to connect while on campus. This is resulting from an incomplete IPv6 implementation on the Capital IQ servers. Capital IQ support is working to resolve the issue, but for now the work around is to disable IPv6 on the computer you are using to access Capital IQ. For Katz/CBA faculty, staff and students, please contact the Katz IT Help Desk for assistance. For those Capital IQ users who are not affiliated with Katz/CBA, please visit the Walk-In Support Desk in the University Store on Fifth for assistance.
