The Archives & Special Collections (aka Archives Service Center) of the University Library System holds microfilm of records from several religious congregations in the Pittsburgh Region.  Click here to view our LibGuide that indicates the names all these collections held at the archives.

At one time the Archives had microfilm of a number of Roman Catholic congregations. But, at the request of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, in 2001 all Roman Catholic Church microfilm records were removed from the holdings of the Archives & Special Collection (aka Archives Service Center).

You can find information about the congregational records held by the Pittsburgh Diocese Office for Archives and Records Center, including contact information, by checking their website.
