As a distance student, you'll need to go to Panther Central to get your PITT ID.  Your Pitt ID card is your borrowing card and is needed when borrowing any materials from the Pitt Libraries.  When you're on-campus you can check out available circulating books. When the items are due, you can mail them back to us using a trackable service (like UPS).  Our address is:

Hillman Library Service Desk
University of Pittsburgh
3960 Forbes Avenue
Pittsburgh, PA 15260

If you aren't able to make it to campus and locate an available circulating item in PITTCat, contact us via our Ask Us service to arrange a loan.  Please note that we're not able to send you items on reserve or borrowed through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) or EZBorrow.
