If you created the worksheet or test, you hold the copyright for it, and therefore have exclusive rights to copy and distribute it.

Tests, worksheets, and activities that come from textbooks or other resources may be protected by copyright. If you want to make copies of an outside educational resource, it's a good idea to look into its copyright status and find out if you need to get permission to copy it.
