The Open Lab makerspace on the ground floor of Hillman library has a large material scanner that can scan flat art or other oversized objects. If you are a Pitt affiliate you can join the Open Lab Canvas unit, complete the 2D scanning module and then book time to use one of the high resolution scanners.
