Unfortunately, we do not have a license, nor do we support MapInfo. In my opinion, this proprietary software is way too expensive for its capabilities and does not justify our adding it to the list of tools we subscribe to. Additionally, we do not have a license for the Data Interoperability of ArcGIS (program we do support), which would have allowed us to convert the file into a shapefile and open it.
