Pitt subscription resources are governed by license agreements between the university, the database vendor and the individual user. Our current license agreements only allow for educational use of our electronic databases. Therefore, our resources cannot be used for commercial purposes or by commercial (for-profit) entities.

In your internship you are acting in the role of employee of that business and not as a student of the university. Inappropriate use of library resources can jeopardize access for all users.

There are many freely available government and commercial resources for conducting business research. For a list of resources for your topic, contact the ULS Business Librarians at ULS-BizRef@pitt.edu
