1. Check CiNii links if there are full text link.
2. If there is no full text link, request copy via ILL.
3. When you fill out request with your citation, you can copy and paste titles in Japanese to ILLiad. You don't have to type them in Romanization. It is better for ILL staff to copy and paste to search.
3. Type ISSN number is good practice to make your request process faster.
