Articles from May 10, 1933 about the Nazi book burning can be found by performing a search in the Databases by Title collection.  Start at the New York Times (Historical) Database Description page and select "CONNECT to this database (The New York Times from 1851-2012).

From here, select "Advanced Search," where you can use key terms such as "Nazi" and "book burning". You can also choose a date from the "Publication Date" drop down box. Once you have performed the search, you can read or print an article in its entirety by clicking on the "Full text- PDF" link.

The Jewish Studies librarian, Laurie Cohen, has created a bibliography listing books and articles about Nazi book burning.
