If you're using Google Scholar and are recognized as current Pitt student, faculty, or staff, you can get to many more full text articles.  When you're off campus, here are the steps to access Google Scholar:

start at scholar.google.com

go to Settings>Library Links

type in university of pittsburgh and select it from the list

do your Google Scholar search; when you see a result where you want to get to fulltext, click the Full text @ Pitt link

you'll get a prompt and can log into EZProxy and get to full text
