The Frick Fine Arts is a "closed stacks" library, which means that one of our staff will retrieve books for you. If you have the book title and call number, bring it with you and give it to the front desk staff. If you're not sure what you need, just ask at the front desk. We can help you search Pittcat and figure out what sort of resources would be best for you.

Most of our books can be checked out by current Pitt students, faculty, and staff. We also have some oversized and rare materials that must be used in the library.
